All Items Starting at Room Temperature
Your turkey has been slow roasted until completely cooked, so all you need to do is reheat and brown the turkey. It will brown naturally as it is heated. It has been intentionally left “blonde,” giving you the option for seasoning and heating to your liking.
In the Oven
Preheat oven to 325–350°F.
Keep the turkey in the clear cooking bag. Cover turkey with foil and roast for 1 hour.
Uncover, baste the turkey with pan juices or butter, and roast for ½–1 hour more, or until internal breast temperature reaches 165°F and thigh temperature reaches 180°F.
Remove turkey from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Heat for 1.5 hours until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
